Due to the dynamic development, Baltic Spares Service is looking for an employee for the position of:

Administrative Assistant of the Sales Department

Location: pomorskie / Gdańsk

 

Job description

Your scope of duties:

  • administrative support for the sales department
  • assistance in managing the flow of documents in the company
  • assistance in creating commercial offers,
  • building a B2B customer base,
  • searching for potential customers,
  • market analysis.

Requirements

Our expectations:

  • fluent knowledge of English language,
  • openness and self-confidence,
  • high level of motivation, ability to work independently,
  • very good knowledge of MS Office,
  • education min. Medium - maritime or mechanical academies are welcome
  • Interest in the maritime or mechanical industry is welcome
