As a Vendor Project Coordinator, you will help the Program Manager with logistics and scheduling, session moderation and facilitation, documentation and operations support (ie. surveys, data, etc) to facilitate a smooth cohort experience.

• Fair experience in project coordination (experience in PM tools, like Asana, would be a plus)
• Knowledge of Cloud working will be a plus
• Great Presentation skills
• University degree

• Manage project logistics
• Create & Manage cohort calendar (invites, confirmations, speakers’ coordination)
• Maintain content library, program best practices, and comms documentation
• Maintain internal and external website
• Manage program policy documentation and handbooks
• Manage Master cohort decks and maintain content updates
• Monitor vILT and support Cohort Managers to ensure session timing and communicate real time updates with Cohort Managers, Facilitators and Learners
• Support session metrics (attendance, exceptions, surveys) as requested by Cohort Managers
• Support session analysis (weekly summaries, survey analysis, feedback and sentiment)
• Create Asana workflows (general project management) as requested by Program Coordinator
