For our team we are currently looking for a:

Project Manager for Companjon

Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk
Your responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for the project, as well as optimization and continuous development of the existing processes
  • Implementation and project management to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Responsibility for achieving all quantitative and qualitative goals in accordance with the contractual assumptions
  • Create statistics, budget planning and presentations
  • Management and continuous development of the team's employees
Your profile:
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing teams in customer service (min. 15-20 people)
  • Experience in managing multi-channel projects/teams (e.g. chat, e-mail, telephone etc.)
  • Fluency in English (at least spoken and written C1)
  • Knowledge of German is appreciated, but not obligatory
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of management techniques and Call Center tools
  • Understanding of KPIs
  • Experience in planning and implementing quality management processes
  • Business studies nice to have
  • Strong service and customer service orientation
  • High level of commitment and proactivity
  • Positive and self-confident attitude
