thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is a global competence and development center aimed at bundling and standardizing business processes for thyssenkrupp companies worldwide. We provide services in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Procurement (PRO). As thyssenkrupp Gdańsk we are a part of Global Shared Services Centres and one of the biggest SSC in Tricity. We are located in a modern Gdańsk office overlooking the sea.
- Two systems reconciliation: financial planning, month end and year end
- Preparation and updating the checkers in Excel
- Business Partnering: sending the status to the business
- Checking if the reporting of bookkeeping in the systems is correct
- Checking if estimation reporting is correct
- Participating and checking of planning of financial indicators including balance-sheet, profit and loss account, statement of cash flows Forecast, budget and long term plan
- Min. Master’s degree in finance & accounting, economics, or a comparable subject
- English: fluent B2/C1
- At least 2 years of professional experience in finance (accounting or controlling)
- Knowledge of controlling/reporting
- Knowledge of International Accounting Standards, IFRS
- Good command of MS Office and advanced Excel
- Desirable: SAP knowledge
- German / Spanish / French
