thyssenkrupp Group Services Gdańsk is a global competence and development center aimed at bundling and standardizing business processes for thyssenkrupp companies worldwide.  We provide services in the areas of Finance & Accounting (FI), Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Procurement (PRO). As thyssenkrupp Gdańsk we are a part of Global Shared Services Centres and one of the biggest SSC in Tricity. We are located in a modern Gdańsk office overlooking the sea.

 

Your responsibilities
  • Regular cooperation with management boards of all thyssenkrupp subsidiaries around the globe
  • Preparing management presentations and financial overviews
  • Translations of corporate documentation
  • Preparing correspondence in an error free professional manner
  • Being the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Organizing meetings/events and workshops
  • Managing calendar and customer’s mailbox
  • Travel organization and Travel Expenses management
  • Purchasing and invoice processing
Your profile
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Well handling confidential data with full discretion
  • Advanced knowledge of German language – min C1
  • Advanced knowledge of English language – min C1
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Min 4 years of experience in administrative assistance
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • BPO/SSC experience would be an asset
  • A sense of common purpose
  • Ability to work under pressure and to manage competing priorities
