The job is categorized to match senior manager level and you will be responsible for:

• Financials, where you manage the function’s budget, forecast and resources
• Teaming, to secure proper resource allocation and critical mass of both internals and vendors
• Efficiency, to ensure performance on e.g. commitment, time, feature and quality targets
• Vendors, covering strategic vendor/supplier management, quality assurance and high integrity
• User Satisfaction, by motivating your teams’ business understanding to ensure optimal satisfaction, use and utilization of our implemented solutions
• Leadership, with a positive edge and appreciative approach you take lead, develop and coach your teams towards continuous improvement of who we are and how we work
• Being Manager of Managers, as our Scrum Masters are distinguished strong team leaders you grow and coach them to become even better within motivation, people and team dynamics
• Co-owning Release Train Management, consisting of you, a Release Train Architect (RTA), one or more Product Managers (PM) and a Lead Business Change Manager (BCM)
• Peer Cooperation, as an active player in the management team of 10 strong RTEs and the RTE Community of Practice.
