Your role:
- Build trust and give direction to teams by clear and effective communication & persuasion skills.
- Detect needs for support and training within the Program / Project teams with an authentic outgoin mind close communication with the teams
- Facilitate the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools and techniques
- Ensure company standards, procedures and practices are being followed
- Manage single-source of truth software tool that provides full cross-site transparency of all programs
- Track project activities & provide management with meaningful dashboard reports
Your responsibilities:
- Identify the need & manage the set-up of the PMO training&support center
- Collaboration with the PMO team on the management of the metrics for Biosimilar Programm success
- Support the program / project teams in structuring the PB’s Program and Project management
- Guide the set-up & Maintain PMO library & administration base
If you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical / scientific studies , PMP qualification a plus
- 3+ years experience in a Pharmaceutical management e.g. Drug development, PMO, Clinical / Regulatory program / projects as (associate) manager or team lead
- General understanding of all phases of global biopharmaceutical drug development (experience developing Biosimilars a plus)
- Proven work Experience / knowledge of Project management framework. Lean Management / IPMA / PMP / operational excellence is a plus
- General understanding of portfolio database tools and MS office Excel and PowerPoint. MS projects / other MS office programs is a plus
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Polish is a plus
