As a Recruitment Administrator, you will have a significant role in our recruitment process by being responsible for providing administrative support to the recruitment team. You’ll be participating in the projects and assignments designed to support our organizational growth in Poland.

• Providing overall administrative support to the recruitment team
• Maintaining effective communication with candidates as well as internal stakeholders
• Taking ownership and managing our internal referral program
• Preparing letters of intent and other correspondence as required
• Update and maintain regular reports to Recruitment Manager and other internal stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills – verbal and written in English.
• Very high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build effective work relationships with diverse group of stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of MS office (primarily MS Word and MS Excel)
• Other European languages (German/French) would be desirable.
