Customer Service Representative with Czech (m/f/d)
- Contact our clients (Agencies or Advertisers) by phone and email;
- On a daily base, identify sales opportunities and provide these businesses with the best solution;
- Provide information about online advertising services;
- Prepare online advertisement strategies based on the clients' needs;
- Assess customers' advertising needs.
- Proficient level of Czech language (both written and spoken);
- English language on B2 level;
- Online advertising experience is considered as advantage;
- Active networking platforms user.
