About the job

As an IT Trainee, you become a part of our internal team where you will assist with various tasks for the global collaboration platform M365.

Specifically, you will:

• Learn how to efficiently work with IT tools, especially with modern collaborative cloud tools like M365, Intune, Power BI, MDM, and many more
• Participate in daily IT Operations activities related to various End User Services
• Run small standardizations and analyse activities
• Gain knowledge of how to work remotely with business stakeholders, according to ITIL standards and the Agile framework

• Customer service oriented

Furthermore, you:

• Have completed or are progressing in relevant studies
• Have an interest in various end-user IT services
• Fluent in English
• Willing to learn new things
