As a Global Recruitment Insight Analyst, you will provide the sourcing expertise and the execute recruitment support by creating sourcing strategies leveraging market intelligence.

• Research and data gathering – to leverage your team for market intelligence so they can study the market, develop the search and sourcing strategies for active and future search work and educate the sourcing experts and recruiters.
• Being an advocate, partnering closely with the recruiter and the sourcing team oh high profile executive requisitions leveraging strategic thinking, influencing, and coaching skills to assist them in determining and fulfilling their needs.
• Create thoughtful international target lists and mappings and execute search strategies against targets.
• Identify and discuss leadership talent with recruiter and providing a point of view on the talent based on their research and understanding of the market landscape.
• Build relationships with leadership talent in the marketplace; building pipeline/ talent communities and nurture that talent by regular meeting with stakeholders.
• Maintain high discretion and confidentiality of candidate information and company information.
• Join forces with the sourcing experts & recruiting coordinator on process in order to run a successful search process to hire exceptional talent.

• Experience creating search strategies, mapping international markets, gleaning industry insights, and being advocates for process and data quality.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of research experience, preferably within the executive search, management consulting or in house executive recruiting.
• Experience building out executive talent research focused on the technology and service delivery spaces.
• Experience thoughtfully engaging talent and assessing competencies.
• Ability to strategically set targets and prioritize effectively based on key market insights.
• Ability to get up to speed quickly on new markets and run a thorough search process, including candidate research, outreach, and engagement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build productive partnerships with the Executive Recruiters and sourcing experts.
