Your role:

Business analyst help to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information. Once the issue is clearly understood, he/she outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those business requirements. The position is engaged to work on business digitalization projects, but can also be deployed onto projects in other departments too.

Your responsibilities
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing of solutions. 
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. 
  • Performing requirements analysis. 
  • Analysing commercial data such as budgets, sales results and forecasts 
  • Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. 
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. 
  • Creating functional specifications for solutions. 
  • Estimating costs and identifying business savings. 
  • Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team. 
  • Implementing and testing of solutions. 
  • Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
If you have
  • Higher education in IT or Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity.
  • Up to date knowledge of IT software and hardware engineering.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions.
  • Extensive experience with data visualization.
