Environmental Health and Safety Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Policies and procedures development related to the environment, health, safety, security, emergency, work environment programs
- Support incidents investigations to determine root cause, required corrective and preventive actions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant EU and country specific laws and regulations
- Development and delivery of mandatory and non-mandatory training programs
- Risk Assessments completion to improve working conditions
- Reporting potential risks and opportunities
- Communication with local authorities, contractors and employees regarding EHS information
- Reporting compliance obligations to all relevant bodies
- Support tasks assigned by Line Manage
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, health and safety, industrial ecology or other relevant qualification
- Experience in manufacturing environment will be an advantage
- Relevant ISO standards knowledge
- Report writing experience
- Good presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations and labour law
- Good problem solver with can do attitude
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Very good English and Polish speaking and writing skills
