The Project SAP Quality Management Key User (Gdansk) will act as the liaison between the business user and SAP project. The role is responsible for strengthening the business process on site by supporting data gathering, process testing, creation of business & project documentation, end user training, cutover and post go live activities.

This will require the facilitation of two-way communication between Gdansk business end users and SAP Project team members in data gathering, testing and training workshops in order to ensure the SAP system design and data are fully aligned with Polpharma Biologics business requirements. This may include coordination with end users from other sites (Duchnice/Warsaw) where a harmonized process is in place.

The key user will ensure the new ways of working are fully understood by the end user and are integrated and compliant with all sites Pharmaceutical standard operating procedures and practices.

The role will report to Quality Compliance Head, with dotted line to QA Business Process Owner for SAP.

• Lead & support SAP Business Data Collection, cleansing and collection
• Perform and Support SAP Process & Data Testing
• Facilitate & drive out to completion Data Changes to support data cleansing and consolidation
• Facilitate & drive out to closure data defects and issues
• Support & drive out the creation of business documentation: Standard Operating Procedures & Work Instructions across Gdansk Site
• Deliver End User Training, with the support of the implementation partner and Business Process owner
• Other activities related to SAP implementation
• Support ongoing process development & problem solving
