Northvolt is establishing its first facility to industrialize and produce battery systems. In order to meet the increased demand for complete battery solutions on the European market, we are establishing a highly automated, state-of-the-art production facility for battery modules and energy storage solutions in Gdansk, Poland.

We are currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will be responsible for finding and attracting candidates for a wide range of roles, to support the process of scaling our business unit in Poland from its current startup phase to a large-scale operation.

Your responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and selecting the right candidates
  • Running phone screens and interviews - both in Polish and English
  • Coordinating job interviews' calendar and managing recruitment database
  • Managing job posting and taking care of overall candidate experience
  • Cooperating closely with Hiring Managers
Skills & Requirements:
  • A relevant university degree
  • Talent sourcing experience
  • Good team player
  • Eager to learn and understand our production processes
  • Excellent English and Polish skills
  • Highly organized and result-driven
  • Proactive and goes beyond expectations
  • Has a “can do” attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to work in a high profile and often high pressured international environment
