Work form home, 13:00-21:00 shift schedule

• Leading a multinational team of up to 25 quality content reviewers.
• Planning project allocations and evaluating team’s performance against KPI’s.
• Ensuring a very high degree of Customer satisfaction by meeting all the SLAs, expected productivity, and quality of the project.
• Developing expertise on project guidelines and providing overall guidance and support to the team.
• Providing oversight on the quality of reports shared with the Customer.
• Conducting regular performance evaluation meetings.
• Identifying gaps in the team’s performance and implementing improvement plans.
• Discovering process enhancement opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
• Preparing and distributing periodical and ad hoc reports.
• Active participation in meetings with the Customer as well as with internal Cognizant locations.

• C1/C2 level of English (spoken and written), knowledge of any other European languages would be an asset.
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.
• Excellent communication, management, and team-building skills.
• Customer focus.
• University degree.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to teach and motivate people.
• Experience in delivering feedback and coaching sessions.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Analytical and research skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to fast and dynamically evolving Customer regulations and work on multiple workflows at the same time
• Comfortable working with explicit content.
