Your role:

The goal is to organize work on the import and distribution of materials in Polpharma Biologics. The responsibilities will include the organization and supervision of the import, distribution and transport of materials and products between internal and external locations.

Your responsibilities:
  • Organization of import and distribution of materials and products
  • Preparation of reports on the effectiveness of import and distribution
  • Development and implementation of procedures for the import and distribution of materials and products
  • Supervision over the transport of materials and products as recommended by the supplier
  • Protection of materials against contamination, supervision over ensuring proper hygiene of the places where materials are transported
  • Organizing your work in order to make the most effective use of working time and task completion
  • Cooperation with all departments of Polpharma Biologics in order to ensure effective work in accordance with internal procedures
  • Documenting work in accordance with internal procedures
  • Support for planning the purchasing / delivery process in accordance with consumption plans
  • Informing the supervisor about any deviations and irregularities and processing them in accordance with internal procedures
  • Performing other tasks related to the work of the warehouse, orders and logistics
If you have:
  • Higher education related to logistic, supply chains or similar studies
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of the principles of good GMP manufacturing
  • Experience in keeping process documentation in accordance with GMP principles
  • Experience in operating in SAP transportation modules
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Good organization of work and time
  • Flexibility for new tasks, communication skills, ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work under pressure
