Currently we are growing our Sourcing Team, and we are looking for a member to join the Recruitment Team in Gdansk.
As an IT Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will work with recruiters to meet team goals by applying creativity and innovation to uncovering the best talent to join Cognizant across EMEA.
We currently support some of the biggest names in the IT industry as well as other prestigious clients and would like you to support us in bringing them best talent in the market!
You have great communication skills, an outgoing personality, and are enthusiastic about working with a team and learn new skills? We definitely want to hear from you.
- Sourcing & pipelining candidates through online channels (job boards, internal database and professional networks)
- Engaging and attracting passive candidates using best practices and alternative search techniques
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, screening resumes and interview support
- Collaboration with the recruiting team to define sourcing techniques and strategies
- Building networks to find qualified passive candidates and coordinate candidate relationships during the selection process
- Supporting projects integration in region and globally
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience – through effective communications and customer care
- Strong interpersonal skills in English, an additional language would be an asset
- Knowledge of sourcing/ recruitment tools and methods will be an advantage
- Experience in IT domain/ tech-savvy person would be a plus
- Basic understanding social-networking sites for sourcing (job boards, Boolean language sourcing platforms)
- Social Media Knowledge
- Good time-management with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
