Junior Employer Branding Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk

Key responsibilities:

  • internal and external event management (planning, executing, budgeting, communicating) including employee initiatives, integration, special events, conferences, meet-ups aiming to strengthen brand awareness, and foster community and a sense of belonging
  • supporting the delivery of cross-functional projects and initiatives aiming to foster employee engagement and elevate employee experience via, e.g. wellbeing initiatives, talent development actions, benefits and recognition projects, in line with the roadmap and Employer Branding strategy
  • working closely with employees to drive organizational changes
  • strengthening GetResponse’s culture and values by planning and implementing branding campaigns as well as internal and external communication
  • writing and producing content for social media channels
  • creating and editing a wide range of communication materials according to the communication plans and strategy (internal emails, newsletters, presentations)
  • onboarding process delivery in the area of logistics, preparation and communication
  • cooperation with marketing teams, graphic designers, HR teams and external providers
  • support in settlements, issuing expenses and budget tracking
  • reporting, measuring the effectiveness of performed activities, drawing conclusions and introducing optimization

What do we expect?

  • very good written and spoken English (C1)
  • native Polish
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in Employer Branding, Communication, Recruitment Marketing or Project Management
  • hands-on experience in organizing internal and external events, conferences and business events (min. 1 year)
  • copywriting skills (social media or internal communication content creation)
  • ability to effectively plan and organize working time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • ability to build and maintain working relationships with a range of Team Members at all levels of the organization
  • proactive approach

Nice-to-have experience:

  • proven experience in successfully managing multiple projects
  • coordination of Employer Branding initiatives
  • preparing visuals and marketing materials (cooperation with graphic designers)
  • creation of recruitment marketing campaigns
  • experience with social media tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Admin) and familiarity with social media trends
