Duties:

• registration (entry) of the claim in the appropriate system
• validation of coverage in accordance with the insurance conditions / policy validation
• cooperating with external entities on obtaining information necessary for the claim handling or establishing / supplementing reserves
• searching recourse information and doing recourse by contacting airlines, public health insurance and other insurance companies
• data registration and processing in the Employer’s systems
• administrative tasks, incl. participation in the work of the team related to the month-end closing - checking the list of missing reserves and older claims, updating the status of cases, other administrative tasks related to claims handling

Requirements:

• Very good English and Danish or Swedish (at least B2 level)
• High accuracy and focus on details.
• Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
