We have a team of more than 700 experts, who know their stuff. We use common sense more often than we use the procedures. And most probably, we play the most fierce table football matches in Wrocław. We develop Enterprise-class software in the atmosphere full of the English sense of humour.

Your daily work:
  • Being a proactive office host and making sure the office is a comfortable and maintained space to be in for guests and Objectivity employees
  • Ensuring proper documents flow
  • Cooperating with suppliers
  • Supporting Delivery Center Director
  • Handling of phone calls and correspondence (letters, packages) , couriers and other reception activities
  • Tracking stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinating and participating in office space planning, maintenance and renovations when necessary
Must-have skills & experience:
  • Experience in similar role
  • Proactively seeking improvements
  • Accountable and results driven
  • English (min. B2).
  • Can do attitude
  • Great organizational skills
