(full- time with approximately 70% of business travelling)

• Developing Manufacturing Execution Systems solutions to meet customer needs
• Managing the implementation of MES projects and support of the sales and project implementation teams
• Working with the teams to deliver system solutions for its customers and participate in the entire sales cycle from pre-sales support through deployment of the customers solution
• Taking responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals
• Facilitating customer workshops to discover and document customer requirements and lead customer design sessions to formulate and document customer solutions
• Acting as SME for the development and deployment phases of the project
• Leading the planning and implementation of project and facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

• Assembling and coordinate project staff plus manage project budget
• Managing project resource allocation, planning and scheduling project timelines
• Tracking project deliverables using appropriate tools and constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Managing project team and engage early in the process with internal or external customer stakeholders to support the analysis of the business goals, objectives and needs, the general business environment and how the initiative will impact or integrate with other initiatives (i.e. Supply chain, lean manufacturing, etc.)
• Approximately 70% of time is devoted to travelling across Europe for business purposes

• 5 years of experience in project implementation and project management
• Experience in manufacturing domain (preferably production related processes)
• Experience in at least one large Manufacturing Executions Systems with direct experience in
• MES Project Management
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and solution designing
• Knowledge of traceability, quality, production material handling/Logistic
• Experience with MES Requirements Analysis
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to document, articulate requirements, effectively create business case / solution
• proposals and deliver it to the client
• M.Sc. /Bachelor in Engineering-
