MES Architect

(full- time with approximately 70% of business travelling)

 

As a MES Architect, you will primarily be responsible for the translation of business requirements into specific process aligned designs for a software solution based on multi product/multi industry domain knowledge and best practices in the subject area, applied to complex enterprise projects.

 

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
  • Primary skill: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); MES interface with 3rd party systems like automation systems (e.g. DeltaV, Siemens PCS7, Siemens SIMATIC Batch, Rockwell PLCs, SCADA)
  • Proficiency in design, development, test, rollout, support and validation system to be able to build the BluePrint Model for Aveva system implementation based on functional analysis
  • Good understanding on AVEVA MES (Wonderware) in Food Industry or related
  • Assess the current state of manufacturing Processes, IT/ OT landscape
  • Conduct MES workshops with functional & technical SMEs
  • Polish language at a native level
Nice-to-have skills:
  • Proficiency in integration between ERP, MES, Infor M3, SAP and Lab Vantage LIMS Systems
  • Support on client application based on AVEVA MES (Wonderware) system
  • Strong understanding with MES concepts and AVEVA (Wonderware) tools
  • Good understanding on database and SQL queries
  • Good understanding on AVEVA (Wonderware) using scripting, architecture, components, and methodologies.
  • Expertise in various manufacturing processes – MBR Design, Configuration, Validation for Manufacturing processes, System ownership, Weighing & Dispensing, Equipment Management, EBR etc.
Accountability:
  • Handling design, deployment, test, rollout and support activities for AVEVA (Wonderware) MES
  • Providing troubleshooting and technical support via phone, Web based tools and email
  • Providing functional and application level assistance to our customers
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting software and hardware problems with respect to MES
  • Working closely with project team and engage early in the process with internal or external customer stakeholders to support the analysis of the business goals, objectives and needs, the general business environment and how the initiative will impact or integrate with other initiatives (i.e. Supply chain, lean manufacturing, etc.)
  • Designing grow of the solution within Industry 4.0 Strategy
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts if required.
