As a Cert Journey Coordinator, you will be part of our Client’s Cloud Learning Services primarily responsible for sending out pre-approved communications, creating a learning schedule, coordinating between a Project Manager and training partner for program preparation.

2+ Years’ experience in the following areas:

• Program Coordination experience, preferably in learning / training environment
• Strong communication skills (proficient in English, written and spoken)

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to process improvement, continuous improvements
• Documentation skills

Technologies (Exposure):

• Google Suite and workspace
• Calendar Management
• Mail, chat (group) management

• Scheduling a kick off meeting with the project group
• Communications to learners (Welcome note, Course Progress, sending pre-approved program communications etc.)
• Create and manage meetings, invite all learners to the meeting using shared calendar
• Online community moderation [answering questions]
• Confirm with all participants that they have access to all the program elements
• Following up with the trainer to ensure all questions are answered
• Open tickets for queries / issues and track them to closure
• Ongoing communication with the program team, daily report from TL with status update
• Feeding quality improvement suggestions to the program team

Education:

• Minimum - High school or equivalent academic or industry experience
• Preferred - Graduation or equivalent academic or industry experience
