As a Learning Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 15 members. The team members would perform various activities in onboarding and supporting the learners’ through their learning journey. Team lead’s primary responsibilities will be to manage the metrics and KPIs for the team and ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

5+ Years’ experience of which:

• At least 2+ years’ experience in managing a team of 10-15 people
• Strong communication skills (proficient in English, written and spoken)
• Experience in leading and managing teams
• Proven experience in metrics and Operations management
• High attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple functions, tasks and requests and manage work on time
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
• Robust conflict resolution skills

Technologies (Exposure):

• Google Suite and workspace
• Calendar Management
• Mail, chat (group) management

• Work closely with multiple stakeholders and ensure their expectations are met
• Client management
• Ensure achievement of SLA targets
• Identify opportunities to improve processes
• Ensure timely delivery of reports per client expectations
• Coaching team members, when needed
• Prepare weekly and monthly reviews and present them to the various stakeholders
• Prepare adhoc decks and reports per business requirements
• Conducts daily and weekly meetings to share business updates, conducts RCA to identify drivers impacting performance

Education:

• Minimum - High school or equivalent academic or industry experience
• Preferred - Graduation or equivalent academic or industry experience
