We offer favourable 12-month long B2B contract for Mechanical engineer in Gdańsk for our client – renown supplier of topside handling technologies for marine and offshore industry.
Mechanical Engineer
Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk
Responsibilities:
- Product development
- Design in Autodesk Inventor
- Preparation of technical specifications, drawing work, procedure writing and verification of supplier documentation.
- Communication with sub suppliers
- Calculations and mechanical component selection
Requirements
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor, Mechanical AutoCAD, and Vault
- At least 3 years' experience in machinery construction, welded structures
- Very good knowledge of technical drawing
- Technical education
- Technical background preferably from oil / gas, marine / offshore
- Experience with 3D CAD (Inventor) and marine-/offshore equipment
Advantageous skills and experience:
- Experience in marine rules regarding lifting appliances
- Familiarity with Mathcad
- Experience in marine and offshore market - mainly deck machinery
- English or Norwegian – communicative level
