Rensponsibilities:
  • Supporting teams in their Agile journey 
  • Focusing on team engagement and satisfaction 
  • Looking for areas that require improvements, both within the team and organization 
  • Close cooperation with Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and other team members 
  • Working with Operations and Service Delivery Managers
