Rensponsibilities:

As a part of Procurement Services team, you will join exciting journey in supporting and developing Arla’s purchasing process, tools, ways of working to ensure full compliance and support various Procurement projects related to Source to Pay area.
 

There are 4 areas in which team supports Arla in daily operations:

  • Purchasing process compliance and  proper Procurement tools usage,
  • Taking care of Procurement related data in the system incl. material and vendor data,
  • Contract data maintenance,
  • Acting as first point of contact to Procurement to ensure good purchasing behaviour in organisation.

As a Procurement Compliance Coordinator, you will support our compliance road map towards increasing PO coverage both in Ariba and SAP across all categories and will have a visible impact on the awareness and purchasing behaviour in Arla.

 

Specifically, you will:

  • Provide guidance and trainings to users how to become compliant to purchasing process,
  • Monitor KPIs and define process improvements to increase compliance levels and PO coverage,
  • Work on Ariba catalogue strategy to support compliance road map execution,
  • Support high quality of Procurement Masterdata.
