Rensponsibilities:
  • Run standardization and analyse activities that will give real benefit for ARLA 
  • Actively support business within other areas by running ad hoc analysis
  • Optimize and support standardization of IT operational processes 
  • Look for enhancements to both systems and processes relevant for End User Services
  • Gain knowledge for how to work remotely with business stakeholders, according to Agile and ITIL standards
  • Learn how to efficiently work with IT tools, especially with modern collaborate cloud tools like M365, Intune, PowerBI, MDM, and many more
  • Participating in daily IT Operations activities related to End Users Services
