Rensponsibilities:
  • Work closely with our BCM Lead, Business Change Manager colleagues and other team members to en-sure coordinated efforts
  • Create stakeholder mappings and manage matching communication to different levels of stakeholders
  • Prepare stakeholder management and end user adoption plans
  • Facilitate workshops to create understanding of the changes
  • Produce communication materials and run training sessions
  • Set and follow up on initiatives KPIs
  • Support other ad hoc change initiatives
