As an A2R Expert, you become a part of our Global Shared Services in Gdansk. Here, you won't find factory machines or farmers. Instead, you will join over 400 colleagues dedicated to supporting all of Arla with IT, HR, financial and procurement operations. As an A2R Expert, you will be responsible to constantly assess opportunities for improvement and determining means to implement new and innovative technical and process based solutions. '

• Manage cross-functional accounting projects
• Cooperate with Super Users community
• Asses risk on processes supported by robots in A2R
• Develop, maintain and provide support and guidance regarding finance procedures and instructions
• Drive process standardisation and harmonisation
• Participate in further development of processes and technical solutions regarding A2R
• Analyse process and service performance and highlight improvement opportunities
• Measure the impact on operations of any planned improvements and report accordingly

We are looking for candidates having extensive accounting knowledge with ability to analyse financial and operational data in order to provide meaningful feedback. It is crucial that you have at least 5 years' of finance /accounting experience and that you have understanding of accounting concepts and standards including compliance with International Finance Reporting Standards (IFRS). Excel and SAP FICO expertise is required.
